Add Some Holiday Cheer to Your December Packages with Coupon Codes

It’s no secret that when January hits, many retailers feel like they are in the doldrums when comparing their sales activity to that of December. So how can you as a merchant minimize the post-holiday effect? Simple, consider including online coupon codes in packages that you are sending out in December. Provide incentive for the recipients to come back and order from you in January! Although this seems like a simple tip, it is amazing how many retailers don’t take advantage of this opportunity. Also consider that many of the packages you are sending out are not going to the actual customers since they are gifts. If you can get convert the December Recipients into your customers, your business will have short and long terms benefits.

Aside from including the coupon codes on physical promotional material in the packages Nexternal clients can also add coupon codes to the Invoice/Packing Slip Addendum (Settings/Policies, Addenda, and Disclaimers).
