Great article! This is advice that can appeal to businesses across all shapes and sizes. Working mainly in the wine space, I certainly feel the impact that stagnant wine sales have had in the inventory pipeline, thus greatly affecting cash flow for everyone along the chain. I also like the use of video to articulate the seven steps – very cool. Thanks for sharing!
