If you are an online retailer and haven’t paid much attention to Pinterest, we recommend you get interested mighty fast. Here’s why and how –

Until recently Pinterest was fun for users, but could be a bit frustrating for those who wanted to purchase or find more information about a pinned product. However, Pinterest has changed all that with rich pins – making it far easier for retailers to sell, and easier for Pinterest users to buy, the displayed items which are posted by retailers using rich pins.

  1. Hi Caroline! Yes, we noticed that Pinterest was acting the same way for us as well. You may need to email them directly. I emailed them last Friday and they returned my email today regarding this matter. It is working intermittently, but keep trying. I think there are so many people wanting Rich Pins, the validator must be overloaded! Once you do get your URL to stick in there, you will receive an email once the pin has been validated.     Thank you for this post! I’m having trouble with the Pin Validator. When I input the URL and hit verify then the wheel spins, than goes away – and I don’t get anything. I tried this about a week ago too and nothing. Should we get some kind of notification once its done validating?
