Nexternal Update: FedEx Web Services Integration
Nexternal was one of the first companies to integrate with FedEx Ship Manager Direct. Because FedEx is phasing out that toolset, Nexternal has updated its integration to utilize FedEx Web Services. One advantage to this is that Nexternal can now support some of the new FedEx methods including FedEx® SmartPost, a unique service whereby FedEx utilizes USPS for final delivery.
